CREDIT + DEBIT CARDS Your wristband is linked directly to your credit card, meaning you are only charged for what you spend. Please read them before you arrive so you won't have any surprises when you get to the gates. In order to make the best of your experience with us we have to have some rules to keep everyone safe and secure. Vendor menus would be programmed ahead of the event into the tablet so that it is ready when they arrive.RULES - Information you should know. Our cashless provider will supply vendors with tablets and RFID scanners at the event to use for transactions. Vendors will still be responsible for any federal tax owed from their revenue. Our event will send your tax form to your provided address to use on your federal tax return. Vendors must have a 1099 form on file with Seabreeze Jazz Festival in order for us to issue payment. Finally, the vendor is sent their Post event Payout via ACH electronic transfer after the deductions are made. ![]() Then, the vendor electricity hook up fees. After tax is paid out of the amount, the festival commission is deducted from the total sales. The Seabreeze Jazz Festival then will pay the tax owed from the vendor revenue for City, County, and Florida STATE taxes. All revenue from the event processes from our Cashless provider to the Seabreeze Jazz Festival electronically post event. ![]() Attendees can opt to top up their wristbands with credit cards or debit cards via our Cashless Top Up Mobile App. ![]() How Does RFID Cashless Work?: Cashless RFID purchases are all made via the attendee wristbands, and no cash purchases are permitted.
